Zebra's have a beautiful white body with dark brown-black stripes or bands. Zebra's use their stripes for camouflage to keep them safe. They are related to horses and donkeys. Zebra's sleep standing up and normally eat grasses, herbs, bark, leaves, shrubs, and twigs. They walk, trot, canter, and gallop but are slower then horses.
Species: The Plains Zebra, Mountain Zebra, Grevy's Zebra.
Zebra's can grow to be 4 to 5 feet tall and 7 to 9 feet wide.
